You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
4. Booking and Payment
All photographs and video materials created by our photographers are the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to use any images and videos for advertising or marketing purposes unless otherwise stipulated in an individual contract.
7. Liability
The Company is not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your agreement to the updated terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this agreement will be resolved through litigation in the state of Hawaii where the company is registered.

4. Booking and Payment
- Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to book a photo session through our site.
- Payment: The remaining balance is due after the session has been completed but before the final processed images are delivered.
- Rescheduling: Free of charge if done no later than 72 hours before the photo session.
- Late Rescheduling Penalty: Rescheduling less than 72 hours before the shoot incurs a penalty of 25% of the cost of the session.
