Refund & Cancellation Policy


Our goal is to provide you with high-quality photography services. We strive to ensure that each photo session and its results meet your expectations. Below are our terms for refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation of Booking
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your photoshoot. This payment reserves your date and covers the initial costs associated with preparing for the session.
Rescheduling the Photoshoot
  • Without Penalty: You can reschedule your session free of charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Your payment will be safely applied to the new date.
  • With Penalty: If you request to reschedule less than 72 hours before the session, a penalty of 25% of the total cost will be applied. The remaining balance will be transferred to your new booking date.

Refunds
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable, but in case of unforeseen circumstances, you may apply the payment toward a rescheduled session, provided the request is made in accordance with the conditions above.

Quality of Service
We guarantee a commitment to the highest quality of photography and processing. However, it should be remembered that both the shooting and the subsequent processing of photos are creative processes that can depend on many factors, including shooting conditions, direction of light, weather conditions, and other aspects that may affect the final result. We always strive to ensure that the results of the shoot match the works presented in our portfolio, although a perfect match is not guaranteed.

Delivery Times for Photographs
  1. Unprocessed Photos: We usually provide all unprocessed photos withinin 24-48 hours after the session. However, in cases beyond our control, such as internet connection issues, the process may take up to three days.
  2. Processed Photos: Photo processing is carried out within 3-8 working days, depending on the number of photos and the complexity of the processing. We ensure professional quality and attention to detail with every order.
Note
Force majeure circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect scheduled photo sessions. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the shoot without additional costs or a full refund of the deposit.
